Database Lead/ Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: - Manage and mentor a team of database professionals in designing, developing, and maintaining database systems. - Conduct training programs for staff on database development and maintenance best practices. - Recruit and develop top-tier talent while leveraging external resources for critical initiatives. - Provide regular updates on database project status to management. - Database Design & Management: - Provide guidance on database structures, features, and architecture . - Develop standard procedures to enhance scalability, performance, and operational efficiency. - Oversee installation, migration, and upgrade of databases. - Ensure database solutions meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. - Performance & Troubleshooting: - Troubleshoot complex database issues accurately and promptly. - Identify and resolve performance and capacity issues. - Prepare reports on database scalability, capacity planning, and operations metrics . - Agile Processes & Product Delivery: - Implement agile methodologies and performance metrics to ensure efficient and focused product development. - Ensure successful delivery of multiple products on time and with quality. - Stay updated with new database technologies and integrate them into existing infrastructure when applicable. Skills: Oracle Database, customer interfacing, Linux, Unix, Agile Experience: 7.00-12.00 Years
