Lead II - Software Testing

Role Responsibilities : - Define performance engineering strategy and review test plans, scenarios, and results. - Lead test execution using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad. - Coordinate with DevOps and development teams for performance tuning and environment readiness. - Track metrics, manage defects, and ensure audit-ready documentation. Job Requirements : - 12+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. - Hands-on with Grafana, Dynatrace, AWS performance monitoring, and cloud metrics. - Strong expertise in SLAs, RCA, test data creation, and performance risk mitigation. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Skills: Jmeter, Performance Testing, Dynatrace, Neoload, Loadrunner Experience: 6.00-11.00 Years
