Role SAP Smart Recruiters Consultant Note Work Arrangement Remote Candidates with maximum 1 month notice only will be considered Responsibilities Lead and support implementation and configuration of Smart Recruiters across endtoend recruiting processes Work closely with business stakeholders to gather recruitment requirements and translate them into system configurations Configure requisition workflows hiring processes approval flows interview stages and candidate lifecycle management Support integrations between Smart Recruiters and other systems e g SAP Success Factors background check vendors job boards Provide data migration support reporting setup and dashboard configuration Support UAT defect resolution golive activities and postgolive stabilization Provide functional advisory and bestpractice guidance to business and HR teams Requirements At least 3 years of Strong handson experience with Smart Recruiters implementation and configuration Solid understanding of endtoend recruitment and talent acquisition processes Experience in system integrations and working with technical teams Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup Prior experience working with global or regional stakeholders is preferred Exposure to SAP Success Factors Recruiting or other HR systems and supporting AMS or multicountry recruitment rollouts are a plus If you are interested to keen to explore the above role please reply with your updated resume to along with below details to proceed further Current Salary Expected Salary Notice Period
