ServiceNow IRM Developer Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience , including a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IRM solutions with deep knowledge of Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and ServiceNow platform development. The role requires hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, integrations, and platform customization to deliver scalable enterprise risk and compliance solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications. - Implement and enhance ServiceNow IRM modules, including: - Risk Management - Policy & Compliance - Audit Management - Vendor Risk Management - Configure risk registers, risk scoring models, control frameworks, issue management, questionnaires, and compliance workflows. - Develop server-side and client-side components using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions. - Build and maintain Flow Designer workflows, approvals, notifications, and automation solutions. - Develop REST/SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub, JSON, XML, and third-party APIs. - Customize forms, workspaces, UI components, and data models to support IRM business requirements. - Configure CMDB and CSDM components relevant to IRM implementations. - Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support governance, risk, and compliance reporting. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional consultants to deliver scalable solutions. - Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and upgrade-safe customizations. Required Technical Skills - 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience. - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience. - Strong expertise in: - ServiceNow IRM / GRC - Risk Management - Policy & Compliance - Audit Management - Vendor Risk Management - Strong ServiceNow development skills including: - JavaScript - Glide API - Business Rules - Client Scripts - Script Includes - UI Policies - UI Actions - ACLs - Flow Designer - IntegrationHub - Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and enterprise integrations. - Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and data modeling. - Knowledge of Service Portal or Workspace customization is an advantage. - Strong understanding of ITSM and SecOps modules. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, Update Sets, Git, and CI/CD practices. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in BFSI or other regulated industries. - Understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations. - Exposure to cloud platforms and data transformation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vendor Risk Management (preferred) Experience - 6–8 years of ServiceNow development experience. - Minimum 3+ years of dedicated ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience.
