General Manager HSE

We are seeking an experienced General Manager – HSE to lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives across multiple construction projects. The role involves ensuring zero harm, legal and ISO compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture while implementing robust HSE systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead HSE operations across 4–5 construction projects ensuring safety, legal, and ISO compliance. - Implement and monitor safety management systems, audits, and inspections. - Develop and deliver HSE training programs for project teams. - Establish environmental controls and compliance measures at project sites. - Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to safety policies. - Track, analyze, and report HSE performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; certifications in HSE are a plus. - 20+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in civil engineering or construction. - Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental compliance.
