CPI Lead

Description The CPI Lead will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Responsibilities - Lead the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) initiatives across various teams. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements. - Develop and implement process improvement strategies and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of CPI projects. - Conduct training and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. - Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments. Skills and Qualifications - 8-9 years of experience in process improvement or a related field. - Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. - Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams. - Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement methodologies are preferred. Skills: Performance Tuning, Agile Methodologies, Api Management, Data Mapping, Security Protocols Experience: 8.00-9.00 Years
