Responsibilities As part of this team, Key responsibilities within the role will include: - Achieving exceptional quality of delivery by leading multiple EPM end to end transformation Programmes. - Spearhead client conversations to collaboratively develop EPM solutions aligned with their business objectives. - Overseeing and managing Programme teams to deliver project priorities ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets - Nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders to identify and progress new EPM opportunities with existing or new clients. - Support EPM practice development initiatives, which includes knowledge management, point of view development, services standardization, etc. - Manage senior client stakeholders & delivery escalations. - Leverage emerging technologies (AI/ML) to enhance the productivity and improve efficiency of engagements delivery. This role is for you if you have the below Work experience - 4+ years of work experience in driving large EPM transformation program in Big4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with global teams. - Proposed designation will be as per the interview discussion. Mandatory technical & functional skills - Workiva Wdesk platform: Deep understanding of its capabilities for reporting, compliance, and data management including : - Wdesk: Document creation, collaboration, and reporting - Wdata: Data integration and transformation - Chains: Automation of workflows - XBRL/iXBRL: Tagging and filing structured data - Connected Reporting: Linking data across reports and teams - Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) - Chains – Ability to design and configure various type of chains, manipulating data points within the chain in developing a suitable reporting data model. - WData – Strong understanding of Chart of Accounts, Mapping Rules, Development of Queries - Cloud technologies & SaaS architecture: Deep understanding of related Cloud technologies including API integrations and microservices. - Data connectivity & integration: Understanding of how Workiva connects with other enterprise systems. - Technical enablement: Ability to create demos, scripts, and training content for partners or clients - Ability to create specialized solutions for Industry specific requirements like SEC reporting , Audit & Risk Management, Controls Management, ESG or sustainability reporting, FERC and Investment Reporting - Significant experience of leading and delivering multiple large scale transformation engagements in EPM domain. - Deep functional knowledge in areas like Planning (Scenario Planning models, Financial/Operational planning solutions), Budgeting, Forecasting and financial consolidation. - Demonstrated experience in developing EPM strategies for clients with clear business cases and defined benefits. - Led the implementation of reporting solutions across Finance, Strategy or Operations to enable effective decision-making - Successfully led and executed end to end of EPM solutions across platforms like SAP – GR/ BPC/ SAC, Oracle EPM Suite, Anaplan, OneStream or similar. - Experience in crafting EPM solutions for RFP responses and participating in client orals. - Experience across all phases of the EPM solution lifecycle including conceptual design, POC, vendor selection, programme mobilization, solution design, delivery management, testing and Dry run.
