Designation:Project Manager/Business Analyst Experience: 7 - 10 years Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Domain:Pharma & Lifesciences domain (Mandatory) Notice Period :30 Days Job Description Must-haves: - PMP or Prince2 (project management credibility) - CSM / PSM I (Scrum — as we discussed, PSM carries more weight) - BA experience: requirements gathering, user stories, stakeholder interviews, process mapping, functional specs - Data skills: SQL at minimum, familiarity with ETL/data pipelines, dashboards (Power BI / Tableau), or data-platform delivery (Snowflake, Databricks — relevant given Blumetra's context) - Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps Good-to-haves: - Experience managing offshore-onshore teams - Exposure to MDM, analytics, or cloud data platforms - CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification
