Senior Officer-Quality

Job description: Job Purpose: - Senior Officer-Quality performs test/inspections, measurements, and chemical analysis of adhesive, sealants and preformed parts to ensure they meet product requirements. They document findings and support root cause investigations Core Deliverable: - Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections per established procedures. - Collaborate with QC Supervisor and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance workflows Qualification & Key Competencies: - Bachelor's degree or master's degree in chemistry with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance preferably in Adhesive, Sealants, Specialty Chemicals, Automotive industry & auto component industry. - Must understand the chemical analysis, process, sophisticated analytical instruments, IMS/IATF standard, SAP. - Familiarity with basic chemical testing lab equipment like Viscometer, UTM, Oven, furnace Vernier Calliper, flow meter, FTIR, hardness tester etc. - Good lab & documentation practice Skills: Quality Control Experience: 3.00-10.00 Years
