MOLDING OPERATOR IV Posting Start Date: 8/10/26 **At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.** Job Description: **Job Overview** Prepares the daily and weekly shift schedules to meet the schedule requirements and ensures proper running of equipment for the full targeted output. **Job Requirements** + Establishing new process parameters for mold start-ups, processing molds with complex start-up procedures, and providing suggestions to the engineering department. + Identifying the improvements, recommending inputs to optimize the process, and employing industry best practices. + Monitoring the inspection of molded products, inspecting the products as per the quality inspection plan, and documenting them as per the standard guidelines and procedures. + Coaching and training newer employees to enhance their skills, providing effective direction, and supporting them to achieve the goals and targets related to production. **What your background should look like** Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school.
