**Job Summary** Network Security Engineer with JD - Design implement and maintain Zscaler solutions ensuring seamless integration and policy compliance. Optimise PAC files and manage profiles for secure business connectivity. Collaborate with IT to address incidents and adopt best practices in Zscaler technology. **Responsibilities** Design implement and maintain Zscaler security solutions ensuring optimal configuration and integration with enterprise environments. Develop manage and troubleshoot Zscaler policies including security and access policies to enforce the organisations security requirements. Create update and optimise PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files for efficient and secure internet traffic routing. Configure and manage application profiles and forwarding profiles to support business applications and ensure secure connectivity. Collaborate with IT and security teams to resolve incidents perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Stay updated with the latest developments in Zscaler and network security technologies to recommend and implement best practices. Proven experience in deploying and managing Zscaler solutions in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Zscaler policies configurations PAC files application profiles and forwarding profiles. Solid foundation in general network security concepts protocols and troubleshooting. Good communication and documentation skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
