Technical Lead

Role & Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end technical delivery across design, development, implementation, and deployment phases. - Architect scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business and technology objectives. - Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to development teams. - Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements. - Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using best engineering practices. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security guidelines. - Identify system bottlenecks, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and recommend improvements. - Drive CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices to enhance development efficiency. - Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking within agile delivery frameworks. - Evaluate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to support continuous innovation. Preferred Candidate Profile - Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications. - Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and modern development frameworks. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
