Job Description
Description Role Summary: We are looking for a strong, AI-fluent Senior Visual Designer to own and protect a single, synchronized brand identity for Rolling Arrays. You will be the person who makes sure that whoever meets us, on the website, on LinkedIn, in a pitch deck, or at an event, sees the same confident brand every time. What you will own Brand identity and design system - Build and maintain the Rolling Arrays brand system: logo usage, color, type, grid, components, templates, and clear usage guidelines. - Hold one coherent identity across the consulting division, the technology division, and the Rolling Arrays master brand, so the three feel like one company and never drift apart. - Create and govern reusable templates and components so anyone producing collateral stays on-brand without you in the room. A distinctive visual and illustration style - Develop a signature illustration language: clean geometry, consistent perspective and depth, and a structured sense of space that turns complex HR and technology concepts into simple visual stories. - Build illustration, iconography, and infographic systems that scale from a small social tile to a full-width web hero without losing fidelity. - Bring in supporting styles where they fit: photography direction and treatment, data visualization, and light motion and animation for key moments on the sites and social. Synchronized design across every channel - Own visual consistency for rolling arrays across website, socials, sales decks, event collateral (standees, posters, save-the-dates, microsites), ads, and email. - Design page by page so layout, illustration, type, and color read as one system across every page, not a set of one-off screens. - Make the brand instantly recognizable across channels, so the LinkedIn post, the landing page, and the event banner clearly belong together. AI-accelerated design - Use generative AI design tools as a core part of your workflow: image generation, generative fill, upscaling, background and object editing, and rapid concepting. - Build and refine prompt and asset workflows that keep AI-generated work on-brand, consistent, and production-ready. - Stay current as the AI design landscape moves and bring the best of it into how the team works. Requirements What you bring (must-have) - 4 or more years in visual or brand design, with a portfolio that shows one coherent identity carried across many channels and formats. - Mastery of a strong illustration style, including dimensional, geometric, perspective-led work. - Proven experience building and maintaining a design system or brand system, not just individual assets. - Deep command of Figma and the Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects). - Genuine, hands-on fluency with AI design tools, and a clear point of view on where they help and where they do not. - Excellent layout, typography, color, and composition fundamentals. - Comfort designing for web, with clean handoff to a modern site builder, as well as for print and event collateral. Nice to have - B2B SaaS and/or professional services design experience. - Familiarity with HR technology or enterprise software. - Webflow hands-on, motion design, or 3D tooling. - Experience keeping a multi-brand or multi-division identity in sync.
