Sr. Software Engineer/ Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced .NET/Core Developer with strong hands-on expertise in C# and front-end frameworks (Angular or React) to develop high-quality software applications. The role involves designing, coding, testing, and implementing applications while adhering to best practices and security standards. Senior profiles (5+ years) with blockchain experience and CMMi knowledge may be considered for Tech Lead, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager roles. Key Responsibilities: Software Development & Implementation: - Develop high-quality software applications following standard design and architecture. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for tools and applications. - Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of software systems. - Address user issues and provide optimal technical solutions. - Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Collaboration & Documentation: - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and enhance products. - Document development phases and monitor systems for performance and security compliance. - Implement best practices while adhering to security norms (ISMS, HSSMS, CMMI, etc.). Database & Technology Management: - Utilize MS SQL or Oracle for database management and optimization. - Optionally work with MVC, ASP.NET, jQuery, JavaScript, Window Forms, WPF, Web Services, WCF, AJAX, and JSON. Senior-Level Considerations: - Blockchain expertise along with CMMi process understanding is an advantage. - Eligible for consideration as Tech Lead, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager based on experience.
