Job Description: - Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Apache Kafka platforms for real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures. - Design scalable, secure, and highly available Kafka clusters to support enterprise workloads. - Drive solution architecture, capacity planning, performance tuning, and platform optimization. - Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and security best practices across Kafka environments. - Define and implement streaming strategies, messaging patterns, and event-driven solutions aligned with business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust streaming platforms. - Monitor Kafka cluster health, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system performance. - Establish governance standards, operational procedures, and best practices for Kafka platform management. - Mentor development and operations teams on Kafka architecture, implementation, and operational excellence.
