Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to improve performance and user experience.- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM functionalities.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM systems.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other applications.- Understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL for data manipulation and retrieval. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
