Job Role: Recruiting Manager Job Description - Manage and oversee recruitment activities within a staffing agency environment. - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple positions and clients. - Manage bulk hiring requirements, particularly for Non-IT candidates. - Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate candidates based on client requirements. - Maintain and manage candidate information using ATS and HR databases. - Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. - Negotiate with candidates and clients regarding job offers and employment terms. - Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely position closures. - Lead and guide recruitment team members to achieve hiring targets. - Maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and clients. Experience Requirements & Skills: - Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant. - Staffing agency experience is preferred. - Experience in bulk hiring of Non-IT candidates will be an added advantage. Technical Proficiency - Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Good understanding of HR databases and recruitment management systems. - Ability to maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records. Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation and candidate-handling abilities. - Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients. Leadership - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to guide, motivate, and monitor recruitment team performance. - Target-oriented and capable of managing multiple recruitment requirements.
