Academic Lead- IOI School of Management

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to develop, refine, and update curriculum content. - Directly teach core subjects in your domain (Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR & General Management, or Analytics & General Management). - Supervise and mentor Assistant, Sr. Assistant, and Master Faculty to maintain high academic standards. - Oversee academic operations, ensuring timely curriculum completion and adherence to industry standards. - Engage with industry experts to incorporate real-world insights and innovative teaching methodologies. - Represent academic interests in internal meetings and support the Academic Director in strategic initiatives. Qualifications and Skills: - 10-12 years of teaching experience in one of the following domains: Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR & General Management, or Analytics & General Management. - Proven leadership and team management experience in an academic setting. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop, update, and deliver engaging curriculum content. - Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
