Project Manager (Cards)

Job Description: - End-to-End Migration Delivery: Lead the end-to-end migration of a legacy core card processing system to a Smartvista cards suite system and maintenance of active backlog and manage priority with availabalr budget(active credit/debit card accounts with zero unplanned downtime) by closely working with Product owner - Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Coordinated cross-functional teams across Issuing/Acquiring, Risk & Fraud, Treasury, and Customer Support to align migration phases and ensuring seamless business continuity. - Payment Network Certification: Orchestrated the mandatory testing and compliance certification processes with major payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), and clearing/settlement protocols. Along with awareness around Bi-annual cards scheme & bulletins. - Data Mapping & Risk Mitigation: Spearheaded the complex data mapping and migration strategy for sensitive cardholder data - Vendor & I Integration Management: Manage third-party vendor deliverables and successfully oversew E the integration of critical APIs for real-time authorization, tokenization - Cutover Strategy & Execution: Design and execute a comprehensive "Go-Live" cutover playbook, including shadow accounting, phased rollouts, and a rollback strategy, resulting in a successful production launch within the maintenance window. - Testing & Quality Assurance Oversight: Define the framework for End-to-End (E2E), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and performance/stress testing under peak transaction volumes.
