Description - Project Management Project Planning & Scheduling Budget & Cost Management Resource Management Risk & Issue Management Stakeholder Management Vendor Management Change Management PMO Governance Technical Exposure Oracle EBS Integrations Oracle OIC / SOA APIs, Interfaces, Conversions Reports and Extensions Data Migration Cloud Integration exposure (preferred) - Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, rollout, migration, and support projects. - Define project scope, schedule, budget, resource plan, and governance structure. - Lead cross-functional teams comprising Functional Consultants, Technical Developers, Integration, Testing, and Infrastructure teams. - Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities. - Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations. - Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams. - Ensure project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget objectives. - Conduct Steering Committee, PMO, and status review meetings. - Manage change requests, scope control, and project financials. - Oversee SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards, audit, and SOX requirements where applicable. - Provide regular status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred. Oracle EBS certification is an added advantage. Preferred Experience Oracle EBS Global Rollouts. Multi-country implementations and localization projects. Large enterprise transformation programs. Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics domain experience. Experience managing distributed global delivery teams.
