About the Role' We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a FHIR API Validation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that FHIR-based APIs and workflows comply with FHIR R4 and implementation guides. This role involves designing and executing interoperability test scenarios, performing end-to-end testing of prior authorization and utilization management workflows, and validating data quality, terminology bindings, and profile conformance. Collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams within a US healthcare payer environment is a key aspect of this role to ensure regulatory requirements are met and first-pass success rates are improved. 'Job Title' FHIR API Validation Specialist 'Responsibilities' - Validate FHIR-based APIs and workflows for compliance with FHIR R4 and implementation guides. - Design and execute interoperability test scenarios and test cases across payer–provider systems. - Perform end-to-end testing of prior authorization and utilization management workflows. - Validate data quality, terminology bindings, and profile conformance. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams within a US healthcare payer environment. - Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and improve first-pass success rates. - Design and develop all QA artifacts. 'Required Skills' - Strong knowledge of FHIR standard (R4), REST APIs, and healthcare interoperability (mandatory). - Experience with Utilization Management / Prior Authorization workflows/EDI X12 278 (highly desirable). - Familiarity with US healthcare payer systems (highly desirable). - Expertise in API testing and tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, etc. (preferred).
