Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (virtual drive date 1st Aug'26) Description We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support ServiceNow applications that enhance business processes. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. - Configure and customize ServiceNow platform including workflows, business rules, and client scripts. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. - Perform system upgrades and maintain ServiceNow instances ensuring best practices are followed. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development and integrations. - Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules. Skills and Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. - Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. - Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules. - Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. - Ability to write scripts and configure workflows in ServiceNow. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
