This role is a key leadership opportunity focused on building and scaling high-performing engineering teams responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and secure distributed systems. You will shape engineering execution across complex SaaS products, ensuring technical excellence while fostering a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Working closely with product, UX, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help translate strategic priorities into robust technical delivery. You will play a pivotal role in coaching engineers and managers, driving delivery consistency, and elevating system reliability at scale. Accountabilities: Lead engineering teams to design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and high-availability distributed systems while driving execution excellence and delivery predictability. You will be responsible for ensuring strong technical governance, team performance, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. - Lead, coach, and grow engineers and engineering managers, fostering high performance and a strong team culture - Oversee architecture reviews and provide guidance on scalability, reliability, performance, and security of systems - Drive delivery of SaaS applications, ensuring robust testing, deployment readiness, and production stability - Coordinate cross-team initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across engineering groups - Partner with product and UX teams to align technical solutions with customer needs and product strategy - Establish engineering best practices for Agile execution, system design, and operational excellence - Ensure production readiness through deployment planning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement practices Requirements: Strong engineering leadership experience is required, along with deep technical expertise in building and scaling distributed systems in SaaS environments.
