Consultant - Reservations

- Job Description: - Handling reservations queries and requests coming to the reservations team from the Internal Teams, the External Teams, and our Partners. - Coordination between multiple internal(Sales Team, Internal teams, City teams) and external stakeholders(Hotel Partners, Travel Agents, Corporate Admins) - Troubleshooting issues regarding the central reservation system. - Managing Admin/Sales Team/Partner escalations. - Willing to work in Rotational Shifts. What are we looking for: - Graduates - Experienced or fresher with Great communications can apply (English and Hindi). - Good in Mathematical aptitude. - Should be ready to work in both Voice and Non-voice processes. - Six days working, Rotational offs and Rotational shift. - Work from Home currently.
