Branch Manager

1. Branch Operations Management - Oversee all operational functions, including ICT, sales, services, and inventory management. - Ensure the branch operates within budget and achieves financial objectives. - Implement and monitor branch policies, procedures, and standards to enhance efficiency. 2. ICT and Technical Management - Manage and coordinate ICT business software, networking, and hardware services. - Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ICT equipment. - Keep updated on technology trends and ensure the branch is equipped with the latest tools to support operations and client needs. 3. Product and Service Oversight - Manage the branch's portfolio of ICT products, furniture, appliances, and related services. - Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor relations for all products. - Ensure a high standard of customer service and address client concerns efficiently. 4. Sales and Marketing Management - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the branch’s market presence. - Oversee the sales team, set performance targets, and provide coaching and support to achieve them. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and local businesses. 5. Team Leadership and Development - Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, promoting a positive work culture and team collaboration. - Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs. - Promote safety, compliance, and ethical conduct within the branch. 6.
