.NET QA Automation Engineer

- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. - Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. - Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. - Be a productive member of the team. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in Software Development, Test Automation, or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) roles. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Design, develop, and maintain automated unit, integration, API, and UI test frameworks. - Build automated tests using .NET/C# or Java as part of the core application codebase. - Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript. - Create reliable and reusable test environments using Docker and containerization technologies. - Leverage Generative AI tools to automate test case generation, test data creation, script optimization, defect analysis, and test reporting. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to define test strategies and automation plans. - Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and quality assurance. - Identify, analyze, and report software defects while participating in code reviews to improve software quality. - Continuously evaluate and adopt modern QA, automation, and AI-driven testing practices. - Strong programming skills in .NET/C# or Java. - Hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript for UI automation. - Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Fiddler. - Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized test environments. - Experience using Generative AI tools to improve software testing and QA workflows. - Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as NUnit, JUnit, or TestNG. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. - Proficiency with Git, JIRA, and test management tools such as TestRail. - Good understanding of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies. - Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack. - Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter. - Experience in the eCommerce domain. - Passion for emerging technologies and AI-driven software quality engineering.
