Java Automation Lead

What will your role look like - Enhancing our testing processes and ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through comprehensive automated testing strategies. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and application functionality. - Execute automated test cases and report defects, ensuring timely resolution. - Design, enhance, and maintain the automation framework to improve test coverage and efficiency. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve test script quality. - Monitor the performance of automation tests and optimize test execution time. - Document testing processes, outcomes, and defect reports for future reference. - Assist in the training and development of junior team members in automation practices. - Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to Agile development methodologies.
