Field Executive

Our organization is expanding its field operations in Indore and is looking for dedicated individuals to serve as Field Executives. In this role, you will be the face of the company, directly engaging with customers at their premises, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standard. You will operate within a defined geographic zone, traveling daily to various client sites using your own two‑wheeler or a company‑provided vehicle, and you will be expected to maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times. The core responsibilities include conducting on‑site visits to assess service requirements, gathering feedback, and documenting all interactions in the company’s CRM system. You will work closely with the operations and support teams to relay any issues that arise, facilitating swift resolution. Accurate record‑keeping is essential, as it forms the basis for performance reporting and incentive calculations. Success in this position hinges on strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers. You must be comfortable handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing clear explanations of our offerings. Time management is critical, as you will need to balance multiple appointments while meeting daily targets. A proactive mindset, coupled with basic problem‑solving abilities, will enable you to identify service gaps and suggest improvements. We value candidates who are self‑motivated and can work independently without constant supervision. While fresh graduates are welcome, those with up to two years of field or customer‑service experience will have an advantage. A valid driving licence and a reliable two‑wheeler are preferred, as they facilitate efficient travel across the assigned territory. Immediate availability is highly desirable, as we aim to onboard new team members quickly to meet growing demand. In return, we offer a competitive salary package that includes a base pay of Rs.18,000 for freshers and Rs.21,000 for experienced hires, supplemented by a monthly incentive allowance of Rs.3,000 based on performance. Statutory benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) are provided in accordance with Indian labor laws.
