Position: Agent Engineer Type: Contract Compensation: $100–$500/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities - Build and operate LLM agents in production environments. - Ensure agent reliability and evaluate performance improvements. - Manage long-running processes like scheduled jobs and cloud sandboxes. - Develop internal monoagents and shared company memory systems. - Enhance agent visibility and cost tracking for organizational use. - Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals. Qualifications Must-Have - Experience in building and operating LLM agents . - Proven track record of improving agent reliability and performance.
