Fullstack Consultant

Skills - 4+ years of experience across multiple tools and systems - Angular, React, Java etc. - Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber. - Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net. - Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSql and MongoDB. - Understanding of common processes such as build, deployment, and tools like Jenkins, github etc. - Ability to define best practices adhering to the security guidelines for the development teams to follow - At least one full life-cycle implementation projects (from requirement through Go-Live) - Ability to interpret customer requirements, identify fit/gap as well as technical solutions for gaps. - Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages. - Completes assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team. Responsibilities - Developing front end website architecture. - Design user interactions on web pages. - Developing back-end website applications. - Ensuring cross-platform optimization. - Ensuring responsiveness of applications. - Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. - Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. - Designing and developing APIs. - Code Review - Technical design documentation. - Understanding requirements and analyze the same. - Working with customer team directly and independently - Provide necessary development effort estimation. - Meeting both technical and consumer needs. Business Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely. - Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. - Understanding of business processes for focus areas or multiple modules. - Strong analytical skills. - Understanding the functionality related to SAP modules/application will be an added advantage Consulting Skills - Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically. - Strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff. - Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel. - Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope. - Creates professional relationships with client. - Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants - Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients Leadership Skills - Seeks ways to increase the project team s effectiveness - Acts as a mentor and manage consultants and seeks ways to increase their level of contribution and therefore team effectiveness. - Works well as a member of a team. Personnel Development - Development of consultants to meet the project s requirements - Maintains knowledge of focus area at an expert level (known as the consultant s consultant) - Give effective feedback (Immediate and Evaluations) Education BE/BTech in computer science and or related fields.
