Senior Business Central Consultant

Summary of the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, able to translate business requirements into efficient system solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Support senior consultants in implementing Business Central ERP solutions for clients. - Work closely with clients to understand business needs and optimize financial and operational processes. - Provide guidance on all modules within Business Central with specific focus on UK Construction Industry practices - Should have a knack for engaging in conversations for data gathering and process understanding. - Provide 2nd line support post Go live - Assist in system configuration. - Participate in training sessions to develop ERP expertise. - Work on data entry, report generation, and system testing. - Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and optimize solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance ERP capabilities and align with business growth objectives Required Qualifications & Skills: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with min 5 years of work experience in Business Central ERP either as an end user or as a systems implementation expert - Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP in diverse industries. - Enthusiastic and willing to learn ERP implementation. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize ERP workflows. - Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and manage project expectations. - Knowledge of Construction Industry is a Plus - Good presentation skills and experience of presentation with senior management will be advantageous - Ability to manage multiple projects - Well versed with MS office - Experience in SQL, Power BI, or other data analysis tools (preferred but not required). - Working knowledge of Jet reporting, Power BI will be advantageous but not essential
