Job Description Roles & Responsibilities – Supply Chain Analytics & MRP Planning MRP Planning Activities - Generate and review Past Due Open Purchase Order Reports - Monitor and maintain Source List Setting Reports - Execute Auto Purchase Order (PO) Test Runs - Perform MRP / MDBT runs for planning and material requirements - Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) to PO conversions - Generate PR–PO conversion reports - Conduct PO rescheduling activities to align supply with demand - Execute PCR processes (sending POs to suppliers) - Prepare and review Auto Inbound Delivery (IBD) reports - Conduct Temperature Control Checks for sensitive materials - Generate and analyze Future Requirement Reports (FRR) - Track and manage PO confirmations from suppliers - Prepare and analyze MRP reports - Generate and monitor KPI reports - Develop and maintain AERA reports Data Management & Governance - Manage the weekly collection, validation, and transformation of client Install Base (IB) data to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for system uploads. - Perform root cause analysis to identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to enhance data quality and consistency. - Maintain strong data governance practices to ensure reliability across reporting systems and business processes. Data Analysis & Insights - Analyze IB data trends to generate actionable business insights and proactively highlight emerging risks or opportunities to leadership. - Develop data-driven recommendations to support strategic supply chain decision-making. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify performance gaps through structured analytics. SLA & Performance Tracking - Collect and validate SLA miss data from supply chain execution partners, ensuring alignment with alternate data sources. - Prepare accurate and timely inputs for executive dashboards and performance reviews. - Support continuous monitoring and reporting of SLA adherence and operational effectiveness. Reporting & Dashboarding - Design, develop, and maintain analytical reports covering key supply chain metrics, including: Product shipments Backlog tracking Install Base renewals Inventory on hand - Ensure reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with stakeholder requirements. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement - Address complex supply chain challenges utilizing advanced data analysis, data mining techniques, and business judgment. - Drive operational improvements through structured problem-solving approaches. - Lead process automation and simplification initiatives in alignment with continuous improvement (CI) goals. Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely delivery of insights and reporting. - Act as a key point of contact for data, reporting, and process-related queries. - Enable informed decision-making through effective communication and data storytelling.
