Key Responsibilities Market DGC Support · Support markets in setting up and running Data Governance Councils. · Help prepare agendas, discussion points, and meeting materials. · Track council decisions, actions, owners, and follow-ups. Governance Operations · Coordinate with market stakeholders on governance priorities. · Support role mapping for Data Owners, Stewards, and Custodians. · Monitor progress against agreed governance actions. Research & Analysis · Research data governance best practices and market operating models. · Analyze market inputs and identify common support needs. · Prepare simple insights to support Asia RO decision-making. Documentation & Reporting · Maintain council trackers, action logs, and status updates. · Create summary reports and presentation materials for reviews. · Document governance processes, templates, and market progress. Required Skills · 3–6 years of experience in Data Governance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Product Analysis. · Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Understanding of: o Data Catalogs o Metadata Management o Data Quality o Data Governance Frameworks · Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications · Experience with Jira and Agile delivery. · Knowledge of Collibra, Atlan, Alation, Purview, or Informatica. · Foundation knowledge of Data Management principles. Success Measures · Quality of requirements produced. · Accuracy of competitive research. · Stakeholder satisfaction. · Timely delivery of roadmap artefacts. · Product adoption and usage insights generated.
