Customer Support Executive

Key Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Minimum 6 months experience in a BPO, preferably handling international chat and/or voice process - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Graduate degree is mandatory - Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Immediate joiners will be preferred Job Responsibilities: - Handle inbound/outbound international chat and voice interactions professionally - Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries efficiently - Maintain quality standards and adhere to company policies - Work collaboratively with the team and report daily progress - Adapt to shift schedules and meet performance targets consistently Skills: Client Relations, Team Management, Data Analysis, Process Optimization, performance metrics Experience: 1.00-5.00 Years
