About the Opportunity A dynamic, fast-growing e-commerce consultancy firm operating across India, we empower brands to scale their digital presence through data-driven marketplace strategies, channel optimization, and end-to-end sales execution. We partner with D2C startups and enterprise brands to dominate Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other regional platforms—transforming inventory, pricing, and promotions into measurable growth. Role & Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end product listing, catalog optimization, and inventory sync across Amazon, Flipkart, and other key Indian marketplaces. - Monitor sales performance, run A/B tests on pricing & promotions, and deliver weekly KPI reports to stakeholders. - Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery, returns resolution, and rating maintenance. - Identify and execute growth levers: sponsored ads, bundle offers, flash sales, and category-specific optimizations. - Analyze marketplace algorithms and competitor tactics to adjust strategies for maximum visibility and conversion. - Ensure platform compliance (T&Cs, return policies, image guidelines) and escalate policy violations or account health issues promptly.
