Associate Manager - SAP-SAP IBP Inventory Optimisation

Description As an Associate Manager in the SAP Planning - Delivery department, you will play a crucial role in driving SAP IBP Inventory Optimization projects for our clients. Your primary focus will be on implementing and supporting SAP IBP Inventory solutions, ensuring efficient inventory planning, and optimizing safety stock levels. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique business needs and develop tailored inventory optimization strategies. Your expertise in integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or ECC will be instrumental in delivering successful projects. Responsibilities - Lead SAP IBP Inventory Optimization projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation. - Analyze client requirements and develop customized inventory planning and optimization strategies. - Configure and optimize SAP IBP Inventory solutions, including safety stock and service level planning. - Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting. - Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring high-quality deliveries. - Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure client adoption and satisfaction. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory optimization with overall business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in inventory management. - Document project deliverables, including configuration guides and user manuals. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP IBP Inventory Optimization projects. - Hands-on experience in implementing SAP IBP Inventory solutions, including safety stock optimization and service level planning. - Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC and its integration with SAP IBP. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of successful SAP IBP implementations and client satisfaction. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative inventory optimization strategies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in SAP configuration and customization techniques. - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
