Description Job Title: | Senior Product Manager | Function: | RL Ho & Support-HO House Hold | Grade: | M4 | Reports to: | Sourabh Kolhapure (Sourabh.Kolhapure@kotak.com) | Job Summary: (Please provide a concise summary of job’s purpose and main responsibilities) A candidate with Tech and Digital knowhow with inclination towards Switch, Acquiring, Authorization | Key Responsibilities: (Detailed description of tasks and responsibilities) - Analyze and monitor various developments in Debit Card Switch, ACS partners - Coordinating with IT, BSG and other stake holders for completing and developing the projects. - Analyze existing product authorization rate and see that there is any changes as per the trend in the market. - Handle regulatory project and audit query to smooth functioning of debit card - Supports strategic planning and product implementation of Debit Cards - Owns the end-to-end debit card transaction lifecycle via different channels and achieves project completion and customer experience by higher auth rate and improving overall customer experience - Implements auth strategy with help of ACS partners, identify issues, ideate and implement solutions - Cross functional co-ordination with, Legal compliance, BSG, Ops, IT, Marketing & Product teams to discuss and finalize new enhancement changes on the channels or new product development. |
