Test Manager

Job Description: - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and drive a team of QA engineers to achieve 100% test coverage for all assigned product releases. - Test Strategy & Execution: Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end testing strategies that reduce regression cycle time by agreed % through automation and process improvements. - Delivery Management: Oversee the full testing lifecycle to ensure zero critical defects reach production for all OSS/BSS deployments. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for quality metrics, providing real-time visibility into test progress, defect density, and release readiness to senior leadership. - People Optimization: Manage testing timelines and resource allocation to ensure project milestones are met within budget and scope.
