Junior Instrument Engineer

Instrumentation Engineer Position: Jr. Instrumentation Engineer Location: Bidar, Karnataka Experience: 2 3 Years Duration: Long-Term Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Instrumentation or related field Roles and Responsibilities: Instrumentation Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment such as sensors, transmitters, and control systems. Diagnose and resolve issues in instrumentation systems to ensure smooth operation. Installation and Commissioning: Assist in the installation and commissioning of instrumentation equipment in compliance with industry standards. Ensure proper integration of instruments with control systems and machinery. GMP and Compliance Adherence: Conduct work in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharma industry guidelines. Ensure that instrumentation systems adhere to regulatory and safety standards. System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of instruments and make adjustments to improve efficiency. Support automation processes and optimize instrumentation for enhanced productivity. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities. Report any abnormalities or issues to the relevant team. Safety and Training: Follow electrical and instrumentation safety procedures at all times. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with advancements in instrumentation technology. Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of instrumentation systems and their applications in the pharma industry. Knowledge of process control systems, automation, and PLC integration. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Familiarity with cleanroom setups, HVAC systems, and pharmaceutical processes.
