Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Engineer with 9–10 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service processes, Power Pages. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a deep understanding of business workflows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure solutions meet evolving business requirements. The work environment embraces agile methodologies, encouraging iterative development and frequent feedback to enhance software performance and scalability. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the delivered software aligns with organizational goals and user expectations while adapting to changing priorities throughout the development lifecycle. Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Skills and Qualifications Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- Good to have: Understanding setup and implementation of Microsoft Sales Agent / Copilot-based solutions, working closely with stakeholders across business and technology.- D365 CE Developer- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience including configuration and customization.- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, and custom APIs using C#/.NET- Design and develop Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas) and Power Automate flows- Implement SSIS-based ETL solutions for data migration and integration using Kingsway Soft.- Build integrations using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, APIs)- Experience with SQL and hands on with both on-prem and cloud hosted databases- Work with Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and external system integrations- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps practices.- Knowledge of the key phases of software delivery lifecycle and established software development methodologies- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within CRM environments.- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.- Competence in writing clean, maintainable code and performing code reviews to ensure quality standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
