Business Analyst - Patient Data

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with 6-11 years of experience in the field of Patient Data Analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data analysis and will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting patient data to support business decisions. The candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities - Identify, gather, and analyze patient data from various sources - Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions - Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, data mapping, and data transformation rules - Provide analytical support for various business units by analyzing key performance indicators, trends, and forecasting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Create and present reports to management and stakeholders - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare data analysis Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field - 6-11 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare domain - Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts - Experience in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus - Certification in healthcare data analysis is preferred Skills: Data Modeling, Agile Methodology, Etl, Healthcare Domain, Data Warehousing, Sql, Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Project Management Experience: 6.00-11.00 Years
