Whiteforce Transportation Services, a leading provider of commuter and corporate bus solutions in Bangalore, is expanding its fleet and looking for a dedicated Bus Driver to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring that our passengers experience safe, reliable, and comfortable travel every day. As a Bus Driver, you will be the face of the company on the road, responsible for navigating busy city streets, adhering to strict schedules, and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle care. The primary focus of the position is to operate a heavy‑vehicle bus on pre‑assigned routes that cover key residential and commercial zones across Bangalore. You will be expected to start each shift with a thorough inspection of the vehicle, checking fuel levels, brake functionality, lighting systems, and overall mechanical health. Any discrepancies must be logged and reported to the maintenance team without delay to prevent service interruptions. Beyond the technical aspects of driving, the role demands a strong customer‑service orientation. Passengers rely on you to arrive on time, assist with boarding and alighting, and address any concerns they may have during the journey. Maintaining a clean and welcoming interior is part of your daily routine, as is keeping an accurate logbook that records mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur on the road. Safety is non‑negotiable. You must comply with all traffic regulations, company driving policies, and safety protocols at all times. This includes using seat belts, adhering to speed limits, and ensuring that all passengers are seated or standing safely before the bus moves. In the event of an accident or emergency, you will be required to follow established procedures, report the incident promptly, and cooperate with authorities as needed. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes an in‑hand salary of INR 22,197 per month, a performance‑based incentive of INR 3,000, and statutory benefits such as Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC). Accommodation is provided to support drivers who may be relocating or require on‑site housing. Overtime work is compensated according to company policy, ensuring that extra effort is fairly rewarded. To succeed in this role, you should possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License, have at least two years of experience driving similar buses, and demonstrate a deep familiarity with Bangalore’s road network. While formal education beyond a high school diploma is not mandatory, a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and the ability to read a logbook are advantageous.
