Custom Software Engineer - API Testing

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Testing.- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.- Experience in designing and executing test cases for various types of APIs including RESTful and SOAP services.- Familiarity with AWS, automation tools and frameworks used in API testing.- Strong Experience in functional and automation testing with strong expertise in API testing, Python programming, and basic cloud knowledge.- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to API functionality and performance.- Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes in software development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in API Testing.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
