Senior Engineer-HVAC(MEP)

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Engineer-HVAC(MEP) to join our Building Engineering team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful B+P projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team. Here is what you will do: - Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings - Prepares technical specification sections - Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements - Leads HVAC system design for complex commercial, residential, and data center projects - Conducts energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC system performance - Collaborates with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions - Develops and implements sustainable design strategies to meet energy efficiency goals - Oversees the selection and sizing of HVAC equipment and components - Ensures compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE standards, and other relevant regulations - Mentors junior engineers and provides technical guidance to the HVAC design team - Participates in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and solutions - Conducts site visits to assess existing conditions and verify installation of HVAC systems
