Indian Mesh is seeking a skilled and dedicated Java Professional to contribute to all stages of our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-volume, low-latency Java-based applications, ensuring they align perfectly with business objectives and deliver robust functionality. Responsibilities: - Contribute actively to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance. - Design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java-based applications to meet demanding performance requirements. - Analyze user requirements thoroughly to define clear business objectives for software solutions. - Envision and define system features and functionality, translating abstract needs into concrete application objectives. - Ensure that all application designs conform meticulously with established business goals and strategic directions. - Develop, test, and debug software applications to ensure reliability, efficiency, and correctness. - Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or bottlenecks that may arise during development or operation. - Create detailed design documentation, including technical specifications and architecture diagrams. - Propose strategic changes and enhancements to the current Java infrastructure to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Develop comprehensive technical designs for new application development initiatives. - Develop multimedia applications as required. - Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards. - Conduct thorough software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Manage the development of Java and Java EE applications, overseeing their progress and ensuring successful completion. - Develop clear and concise documentation to assist end-users and support teams. - Transform complex requirements into actionable technical stipulations for development. - Prepare and produce structured releases of software components, adhering to release management processes. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by investigating new alternatives and technologies, and presenting findings for architectural review and adoption.
