**Position** **Reltio MDM Architect** **Experience** + **Overall Experience:** 10+ years in Data Management, Data Integration, and Enterprise Data Architecture + **Reltio Experience:** 4+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Reltio MDM + **Location:** Flexible / Hybrid (based on business needs) **Role Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Reltio MDM Architect** to join our **Data Practice - Master Data Management (MDM) Center of Excellence (COE)** . The individual will play a strategic and technical leadership role in building our Reltio practice while supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, delivery excellence, innovation, and competency development. This role requires a combination of strong customer-facing consulting skills, deep Reltio product expertise, enterprise data architecture knowledge, and the ability to build reusable assets and best practices that accelerate client engagements. **Key Responsibilities** **Pre-Sales & Solutioning** + Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements. + Design end-to-end Reltio MDM solutions aligned with enterprise architecture. + Prepare solution approaches, architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and effort estimations. + Participate in RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and technical presentations. + Conduct customer workshops and discovery sessions. + Support business development teams in identifying opportunities and defining winning solutions. **Proof of Concepts (POCs) & Innovation** + Lead the design and implementation of Reltio proof-of-concepts. + Demonstrate business value through rapid prototyping and solution validation. + Evaluate new Reltio capabilities and complementary technologies. + Recommend best-fit architecture for customer use cases. **Delivery Support** + Provide architecture governance across implementation projects. + Guide project teams on Reltio best practices and implementation standards. + Support complex technical issues, design reviews, and performance optimization. + Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solution delivery. + Mentor delivery teams during implementation and production support phases. **Competency & COE Development** + Establish and strengthen the Reltio MDM competency within the Data Practice. + Define architecture standards, implementation guidelines, and reusable design patterns. + Mentor architects, consultants, and developers. + Conduct internal technical training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops. + Create learning paths and certification plans for Reltio consultants. **Accelerators & Framework Development** + Build reusable accelerators, frameworks, templates, and utilities for faster project delivery. + Develop reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and best practices. + Create reusable data quality, data governance, matching, survivorship, and integration assets. + Continuously improve delivery methodologies and automation capabilities. **Required Technical Skills** **Master Data Management** + Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience implementing **Reltio MDM** . + Strong understanding of: + Customer 360 + Product MDM + Supplier MDM + Reference Data Management + Hierarchy Management + Match & Merge + Survivorship Rules + Identity Resolution + Data Stewardship + Data Quality concepts **Reltio Platform Expertise** + Reltio Data Model configuration + Entity, Relationship, Crosswalk, and Attribute modeling + Match and Merge configuration + Survivorship configuration + Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) + Reltio APIs (REST) + Event Streaming + Workflow configuration + Data Import/Export + Security and Role Management + Reltio Console administration **Data Integration** Experience integrating Reltio with enterprise ecosystems using: + Informatica + Boomi + MuleSoft + Talend + Azure Data Factory + Apache Kafka + REST APIs + ETL/ELT platforms **Data & Cloud Technologies** + SQL + JSON/XML + Data Modeling + Data Warehousing + Data Governance + Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) + Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms **Preferred Skills** + Experience with data governance and data quality platforms. + Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks. + Experience in data migration and modernization programs. + Understanding of AI/ML-enabled data management capabilities. + Experience working in global consulting or IT services organizations. + Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. **Leadership Expectations** + Serve as the technical leader for Reltio engagements. + Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales teams, delivery teams, and customer architects. + Influence technology direction and implementation strategy. + Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the MDM COE. + Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and reusable intellectual property. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. + Reltio certifications are highly preferred. + Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or data management technologies are an added advantage. **Desired Competencies** + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Strong consulting and
